Sri Lanka will face off with South Africa in the fifth ODI match which is set to take place at the R. Premadasa International Cricket Stadium in Colombo on Sunday.
The Lions beat South Africa by three runs in the fourth
ODI match which was played at the Pallekele International Cricket Stadium on Wednesday.
Dasun Shanaka was the star of the show for Sri Lanka as he hit 65 as the hosts pulled one back to make it 3-1 in the fourth match of the five-game Series.
Thisara Perera and Kusal Perera also caught the eye as they both made 51 runs as Sri Lanka blasted 306-7 off 39 overs.
Perera, who scored his 2,000th run in ODIs, and Lions captain Angelo Mathews will be keen to lead their side to victory in the last match.
Meanwhile, South Africa had already won the Series when they took on Sri Lanka and Quinton de Kock captained his nation for the first time in ODI's.
The 25-year-old batsman, who is widely regarded as one of the best wicket-keeper batsmen in the world, scored his 4,000th run in ODIs.
However, the Proteas' best player on the day was Hashim Amla, who hit 40 as visitors recorded their maiden defeat in the Series.
De Kock and Amla have the ability to inspire South Africa to victory in the last match.
