Monza are also winless in their last five home matches in the league having recorded four defeats and one draw at the U-Power Stadium.

On the other hand, Inter thumped a hapless Atalanta BC side 4-0 at home on 30 August and they are unbeaten in their last six matches in Serie A.

The Big Grass Snake are also unbeaten in their last three away matches in the league having registered two successive draws and one win as the visitors

Team News

Patrick Ciurria and Alessio Cragno are both on Monza's injury list, but the club has no suspension worries.

Meanwhile, Tajon Buchanan is the only player on Inter's injury list at the moment, but the Serie A champions have no suspension issues.

Quotes
“The guys did very well.” “We played very well technically. We were excellent in the first half hour," Inter manager Simone Inzaghi said after his side's win over Atalanta.

“Then it was inevitable that in the last quarter of an hour of the first half we dropped back a bit. But in the second half we came back with a vengeance. We’re extremely pleased.

“Winning like this against Atalanta is brilliant. Over the last four days of intense training I’ve been very happy with what I’ve seen from the guys, and today things went perfectly. Congratulations to the guys.”

Head-to-Head
Inter hammered Monza 5-1 in their last meeting in the league which was on 13 January at the U-Power Stadium.

As a result, the Big Grass Snake are undefeated in their last two Serie A games against the White and Reds having registered two successive wins.
