Marco Bezzecchi will be eager to secure another podium spot at the
Catalan MotoGP after his improved performance in Austria.

The Ducati Mooney VR46 Racing Team rider got his title ambitions back on track at the recent 2023 Austrian MotoGP on August 20.
Bezzecchi started on the seventh grid and he managed to secure podium spot as he finished third behind KTM's Brad Binder and winner Francesco Bagnaia of Ducati.
2022 Catalan MotoGP
The Italian Grand Prix motorcycle racer was unable to finish in the 2022 Calatan MotoGP as he was forced to retire due to an accident damage.
This was Bezzecchi's first-ever appearance in this race since he moved up to the MotoGP class from Moto2 in 2022.
Why Bezzecchi could win the 2023 Catalan MotoGP
The Rimini-born star remains a contender for this season's MotoGP world title as he is placed third on the riders' standings.
Bezzecchi won the Argentine MotoGP and French MotoGP in the current campaign and he will be hoping to record his third victory of the campaign in Catalonia.
What did he say?
"I’m happy because first of all, it was important after two difficult races - Silverstone on the Sunday - and so to bounce back was good," said Bezzecchi after the 2023 Austrian MotoGP.
"It’s not easy starting from seventh position but I managed to start well and then I was strong in braking. I managed well the rear tyre and I could prepare every overtake in a good way, except Alex [Marquez] who was very difficult to pass.
"But I analysed where I was stronger than him and in sector three I was gaining and tried to stay very close. I prepared the overtake on the second to last corner and it, so this was really nice."
