England will square off with Spain in the
UEFA Nations League match in London on Saturday, September 8.
The Three Lions were beaten 2-0 by Belgium in their last match two months ago which was the 2018 FIFA World Cup third-place play-off encounter in Russia.
The defeat saw England finish third in the prestigious tournament following a loss to their European rivals.
This was England's second successive defeat having lost to Croatia on penalties in a semi-final encounter, before facing Belgium.
Meanwhile, Spain lost 4-3 to Russia on penalties following a 1-1 draw in their last game two months ago which was the 2018 FIFA World Cup Last 16 game.
As a result, the Red Fury were eliminated from the prestigious competition after losing to the tournament hosts.
The defeat ended Spain's 24-match unbeaten run in all competitions. But they are undefeated in their last 25 games in regulation time.
The last match between England and Spain was on the 15th of September 2016.
The international friendly match ended in a 2-2 draw at the Wembley Stadium in England.
