World champions New Zealand and their fierce rivals Australia will be in action on Saturday, 24 November.
All Blacks are scheduled to face Italy at the Stadio Olimpico in the city of Rome. Kick-off is at 16h00.
They will be keen to return to winning ways after suffering a surprise 16-9 defeat to Ireland away last weekend.
Zealand will take on a wounded Italy side which lost 26-7 to Australia at home last weekend.
Meanwhile,
Australia will travel to the Twickenham Stadium in London where they are scheduled to face England. Kick-off is at 17h00.
The Wallabies returned to winning ways when they defeated Italy as they had lost twice before facing the European side.
The former World champions will face off with an England side which defeated Japan 35-15 at home last weekend.
England's European rivals, Ireland will be in action against the United States of America (USA) at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin. Kick-off is at 20h30.
Ireland extended their winning run to five matches when they defeated New Zealand.
They will take on a USA side which secured their second successive win when they defeated Romania 31-5 away last weekend.
Meanwhile, Japan will lock horns with Russia at the Kingsholm Stadium in the English city of Gloucester.
The Brave Blossoms are desperate for a win as they lost to England in their previous encounter.
They will face off with a Russia side which recorded an impressive 43-20 win over Canada away five months ago.
