Mamelodi Sundowns will square off with their Gauteng rivals Orlando Pirates at the Dobsonville Stadium on August 11. Kick-off is at 18h00.
Masandawana emerged 1-0 winners over Stellenbosch FC away in their last league match which was played in March 2020.
The victory extended Sundowns' unbeaten run to four matches in the competition having registered four successive wins in the competition.
They are also enjoying a six-match unbeaten run at home in the league having recorded five wins and one draw.
Meanwhile, Pirates were held to a 0-0 draw by Lamontville Golden Arrows away in their last league game which was played in March 2020.
As a result, the Buccaneers are winless in their last two games in the competition having registered one draw and one defeat.
However, Pirates are undefeated in their previous six away matches in the league having recorded three draws and three victories.
Hlompho Kekana, the Sundowns captain, says they will miss their fans with all matches set to be played behind closed doors due to the coronavirus pandemic.
”It is going to be difficult and we won’t cope playing without the fans. The atmosphere that the fans bring during game day is always electrifying," Kekana said.
"The beating of the drums and dancing with the fans after the game is always a scene that creates a mood and it is heartbreaking that it will not be there as we resume football but the boys are aware of what is at stake.
Lastly, Kaizer Chiefs are set to welcome fellow former Absa Premiership champions Bidvest Wits at the Orlando Stadium match on August 12. Kick-off is at 18h00.

They have been inconsistent in the competition having registered two defeats, one draw and two wins in their last five matches.
Chiefs are also winless in their last two matches at home in the league having recorded two consecutive defeats as the hosts.
While Wits secured a narrow 1-0 victory over Black Leopards at home in their last league match which was played in March 2020.
As a result, the Clever Boys are undefeated in their last two matches in the competition having recorded a win and a draw.
However, they have been inconsistent on the road in the league having registered two defeats, one draw and two wins in their last five matches as the visitors.
