The 2010 FIFA World Cup champions go into matches against Greece (away) and Sweden (home) in second place in Group B, two points behind Sweden who they lost to earlier this year.
Greece sit in third, four points behind
La Roja and still in with a shot of qualification barring results going in their favour.
"The matches against Spain and Kosovo are the last two in the qualifying group and we will fight for the chances we have to finish in second place," said Greece head coach John van't Schip.
"We will prepare our team in the best possible way for the remaining matches."
Spain head coach Luis Enrique has included a Real Madrid player in his squad for the first time since March, following the recall of Dani Carvajal.
La Roja have assembled a strong squad, but will have to make do without FC Barcelona star Ansu Fati who picked up an injury over the weekend.

The reverse fixture in Granada ended in a 1-1 draw. Alvaro Morata opened the scoring but a second half Anastasios Bakasetas penalty earned the visitors a point.
