Vitoria Guimaraes will take on Arsenal in a Group F match at the Estádio Dom Afonso Henriques in Portugal on Wednesday.
The Conquerors were beaten 3-2 by Arsenal in their previous Group F match which was played in England on October 24.
The defeat left Guimaraes placed fourth on group standings without a single point from three matches.
Guimaraes head coach Ivo Vieira feels his side has been unlucky in their first three matches as they seek revenge against Arsenal.

The English giants are currently placed at the top of the group standings having collected nine points from three matches.
Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin has praised Guimaraes ahead of their second encounter in Europe's secondary club tournament.
