Kick-off is at 15h00

ACF Fiorentina will be keen to slow down Atalanta BC's Serie A title charge when they clash at the Stadio Artemio Franchi on 30 March.

Current Form

Viola thrashed Juventus FC 3-0 at home on 16 March and it was their second win in their last three matches in the Italian top tier.
Fiorentina are undefeated in their last two home matches in the league, having registered back-to-back victories at Stadio Artemio Franchi.

Meanwhile, Atalanta saw their seven-match unbeaten run in the Serie A come to an end when they suffered a 2-0 defeat to Inter Milan at home on 16 March.

However, the Goddess are undefeated in their last 12 matches on the road in the league, having recorded three draws and nine victories as the visitors.

Team News

Fiorentina have no suspension concerns, but Edoardo Bove and Andrea Colpani are currently injured.

On the other hand, Atalanta will be without the suspended Ederson and they also have a long injury list.

Giorgio Scalvini, Odilon Kossounou, Gianluca Scamacca, Stefan Posch, Juan Cuadrado, Ibrahim Sulemana and Mateo Retegui are all on Atalanta's injury list.

Quotes
"In the first half we defended very well on set pieces, then a fan was sick and the game was suspended, for both us and them," Atalanta manager Gian Piero Gasperini said after his side's defeat to Inter.

"These are certainly not lucky episodes and we should have been more careful. We often concede goals like this with Inter, obviously, they are stronger than us. There are nine games after the break.

"We have to find the strength to play them at our best. We don't come out downsized. We played against one of the best teams in Europe trying to fight back and win. Atalanta must be very proud of these games."

Head-to-Head

Fiorentina edged out Atalanta 3-2 in their last meeting in Serie A, which was played on 15 September at the Gewiss Stadium.

The win snapped Goddess' three-match winless run in the league against Viola, who had registered two wins and one draw.
