Andy Murray will be looking to win the Wimbledon title for the third time when he competes at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.

The Scottish star was ranked world No. 1 by the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) for 41 weeks and he is currently ranked 119th.

Murray, who won a men's singles gold medal at the 2012 London Olympics, has won three Grand Slam singles titles – two at Wimbledon and one at the US Open.

The Glasgow-born player defeated Novak Djokovic in the 2013 Wimbledon final and he became the first British man to win the Wimbledon singles title since Fred Perry in 1936.

Murray won his third major and second Wimbledon title after defeating Milos Raonic in the final at the 2016 tournament.

The 34-year-old has struggled with a groin injury this year and he returned to singles play at the recent Queen’s Club Championships where he defeated Benoît Paire in the first round.

However, Murray lost in the second to the 1st seed, Matteo Berrettini, in straight sets and he has been busy preparing for Wimbledon.

Murray says he will give it his all at the Wimbledon and he revealed he has been training with Roger Federer in order to ensure he’s fully at the races and ready to go.

"To me, it's not so much about me worrying about it being my last one, it's just something that I think about. I’ve had so many injuries and so many setbacks you just don't really know what's round the corner," Murray said on Sky Sports News.

"I want to approach each tournament and each match that I play like it's my last one so that I can get the most out of it. "So that's why I want to prepare here well.  I’m going into the bubble on Wednesday evening,

"So I'm going to get there early to practice at Wimbledon, hopefully I've got some high-quality practices; I'm practising with (Marin) Cilic today and I practise with (Roger) Federer later in the week. "I'm just trying to play with high-quality grass-court players to prepare me as best as possible."
