Justin Thomas will be eager to secure his second win on the PGA Tour this year by winning the
Genesis Scottish Open trophy.
Currently ranked fifth on the Official World Golf Rankings, Thomas won the won his second major and second PGA Championship in May this year.
The 29-year-old defeated his compatriot Will Zalatoris in a playoff, overcoming a PGA Championship record 7-shot deficit entering the day.

The former World Number One made his first start as a professional in Scotland, at the 2013 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.
Thomas, who won the 2017 US PGA Championship and lifted the Wanamaker Trophy for the second time this year, has 14 PGA Tour wins.
The two-time PGA Tour leading money winner has recorded top-ten finishes in his two previous appearances in Scottish Open in 2019 and 2021.
Thomas, who was named PGA Tour Player of the Year in 2017, finished 37th at last month's US Open Championship and he will be hoping to win the Scottish Open.

“I have a lot of great memories from playing in Scotland at different points in my career," Thomas said.
"and this is shaping up to be an exciting summer with the Genesis Scottish Open at the Renaissance Club, followed by The 150th Open in St Andrews.
"I’ve always said that I want to win around the world, and I would love to build on my previous results in this event and pick up a first Rolex Series title.”
Ian Woosnam is the most decorated golfer in the history of the Scottish Open having won it a record three times.
