Sunday, 13 April 2025
Kick-off is at 15h00

Liverpool FC will be eager to prolong West Ham United's winless run in the Premier League when they meet at Anfield on 13 April.

Current Form

The Reds saw their 26-match unbeaten run in the English top-flight come to an end when they succumbed to a 3-2 defeat to Fulham FC on 6 April.

Liverpool are undefeated in their last 13 home matches in the league, having registered 11 wins and two draws at Anfield.

Meanwhile, West Ham drew 2-2 with AFC Bournemouth at home on 5 April as they extended their winless run to four matches in the Premier League.

The Hammers are also winless in their last two away matches in this competition, having registered one draw and one defeat on the road.

Team News

Liverpool players Trent Alexander-Arnold, Alisson Becker and Joe Gomez are all on the club's injury list and the club has no suspension issues.

West Ham, on the other hand, also do not have any suspension worries, but Crysencio Summerville and Michail Antonio are both on the club's injury list.

Quotes

“We all know as players [that nothing is won yet], I’ve mentioned it every week," Liverpool captain Virgil Van Dijk said after his side's defeat to Fulham.

"But what is important is that there’s seven games left and on to West Ham next Sunday, we have to go all in at home, as a team, as players with the fans and to get the three points.

“We will be training quite a lot and we are in a very good position but games like this, especially in the first half, show the job is not done and I’ve been saying it every week. “That’s definitely the mentality in our group that the job is not done.”

Head-to-Head

Liverpool hammered West Ham 5-0 in their last meeting in the league, which was on 29 December at London Stadium.

As a result, the Reds are undefeated in their last six Premier League matches against the Hammers, having registered five wins and one draw.
