Italy will take on South Africa in the Castle Lager Outgoing Tour match at the Stadio Euganeo on Saturday. The Azzurri were beaten 31-15 by Argentina in their previous match which was played at the Stadio Comunale Artemio in Franchi last weekend. This was Italy's fourth defeat in their last five matches. They have recorded four defeats and one victory during their current run. Meanwhile, South Africa defeated France 18-17 in their previous game which was played at the Stade de France last weekend. The victory ended the Springboks' five-match winless run. They had registered three defeats and two draws before facing France. The last time Italy and South Africa clashed was on 19 November 2016 as part of the 2016 End of Year Test internationals. The Azzurri stunned the Springboks 20-18 at the Stadio Comunale Artemio.
