Tour Championship four times when he tees off at East Lake Golf Club.

The Northern Irish superstar secured a top-five finish at the 2023 BMW Championship in Chicago, Illinois, USA over the weekend.
McIlroy finished fourth and he is defending the FedExCup title for the third time having won the championship trophy in 2016, 2019, and 2022.

Why McIlroy is one of the favourites
The four-time golf major winner tends to bring his A game to the Tour Championship having won the event three times - a record he shares with Tiger Woods.
When McIlroy prevailed at East Lake Golf Club in 2019, he arrived as the five-seed and opened at 5-under, and last year, he was seventh at 4-under.
The three-time PGA Player of the Year has starting score of 7-under at this year's Tour Championship.

"I felt like I played very average out there next to Viktor [Hovland]," McIlroy said about the Norwegian star after the BMW Championship with the duo set to battle at the Tour Championship.
"He played amazing. I was marking his card in there and I'm like, 'oh, you only made one four on the back nine, the rest threes', so it adds up to a nice little 28 for him.
"It was great to see. He played great. I sort of realized around like 14, 15 something pretty special was happening."
