Lions registered their third defeat in the competition when they lost 40-5 to fellow South African side Sharks at home last weekend.
Sharks will take on Argentine outfit Jaguares at the Kings Park Stadium on Saturday, April 13. Kick-off is at 15h05.
The Sharks registered their fourth win in the Super Rugby when they defeated Lions 40-5 away last weekend.
Jaguares secured their third win in this year's competition when they defeated South African side Bulls 22-0 20 away last weekend.
