The
2021 Corales Puntacana Resort and Club Championship will take place in Punta Cana, La Altagracia, the Dominican Republic between 25 and 28 March.
This will be the sixth edition of the PGA Tour tournament and it was first played in 2016 at the Puntacana Resort and Club.
It is similar in rewards to other alternate events: 300 FedEx Cup points for the winner, a two-year tour exemption, 24 OWGR points, but no invitation to the Masters Tournament.

Hudson Swafford is the defending champion having won the Corales Puntacana Resort and Club Championship last year.

The American star clinched the title after a playoff against his compatriot Tyler McCumber.
Swafford will be determined to defend his title this year, but he will be up against some of the top golfers in the world at the Corales Golf Club.
PGA Tournament winners Tyler Duncan, Brice Garnett, J.B. Holmes, Charles Howell III, Michael Kim, Satoshi Kodaira and Nate Lashley will be part of the field.
The PGA announced that this year's Corales Puntacana Resort and Club Championship has a $3 million purse.
"With an award purse of $3 million dollars, the highest in the history of any sport in the Dominican Republic, valid for 300 FedExCup points and the participation of 132 players from 20 countries and 5 continents, Puntacana Resort & Club announces the 4th edition of the Corales Puntacana Resort & Club Championship PGA TOUR Event 2021, to be held at Corales golf course, from March 22th - 28th."
"With the event, the Dominican Republic and Punta Cana are promoted worldwide as the leading golf tourism destination in the Caribbean, reaching 1 billion television viewers in 200 countries and more than 5.5 million impressions in digital media worldwide," a statement read.
