1. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. Betway may require the winners to complete and submit an information disclosure agreement to enable Betway to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Should the winner be found not to have complied with these Terms and Conditions, he/she will automatically be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited. Winners may also be required to sign acceptance of prizes and indemnity documents.
3. The prize is not transferable, but a player may request a cash equivalent. The prize will not be handed/awarded to a third party, but only to the verified prize winner.
4. In order to qualify for a television prize, South African entrants must have a valid TV Licence.
5. By entering this competition you authorize the Promoters, to collect, store and use (not share) personal information of entrants for communication or statistical purposes.
6. The winner or participants may be required to take part in publicity campaigns for broadcast or publishing purposes. Winners or participants shall at all times be entitled to decline the above request.
7. Winners or participants that part in any publicity will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for such publicity or otherwise. All publicity and other materials will be the sole property of the Promoter.
8. Each customer may place as many single entries as they like. Every Single Bet you place gets you an entry into our lucky draw.
9. To qualify for a prize you must have a Betway Account and have made one minimum cash wager at any point before 14th June 2018.
10. The organisers of the competition reserve the right to cancel or postpone the competition at any time.
11. The Promoters will continuously monitor any irregular behavior, whether it be in entries and/or Participant’s details. Consequently, any violation or attempt and/or suspicion of violation or irregular behavior and/or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions will result in immediate disqualification of the Participant.
12. The Participant acknowledges that he/she has been given an appropriate opportunity to first read these Terms and Conditions and that he/she understands and accepts these Terms and Conditions.
13. All Participants participate entirely at their own risk. By reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Participant gives consent to these risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the Promoters, their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries, and losses of whatever nature sustained as a result of their participation in the Promotion and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries or losses are sustained as a result of gross negligence or willful misconduct of any of the Promoters.
14. The Promoters, their directors, employees, agents and distributors accept no responsibility and they will not, in any circumstances, be liable to compensate the Participant, or accept any liability for: (a) any inability by the Participant to use the Reward in part or at all; (b) the lack of quality or any other aspect of any service which is or should be provided at any venue(s) in relation to the Reward; or (c) any personal loss or injury occurring at any venue(s) arising, directly or indirectly, out of the use of the Reward.
The Promoters, their directors, employees, agents and distributors, are not responsible for any misrepresentation (whether written or verbal) in respect of any Reward nor in respect of any warranties or undertakings given by any person other than the Promoters themselves.
15. The Promoters reserve the right to terminate or extend the Promotion at any time. In the event of such termination or extension, all Participants agree to waive (give up) any rights that they may have in terms of the Promotion and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against the Promoters, its advertising agencies, advisors, suppliers and nominated agents.

Extra Bet Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your participation in any “Extra Bet” promotions offered by the Company. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are not permitted to participate in such promotions and you should not accept any Extra Bet offered by us.

Definitions:

Company Account: This is the account that you registered with the Company. This account will consist of both your Cash balance and your Extra Bet balance.

Extra Bet: the Company runs various promotions which may offer “Extra Bets.” Any Extra Bet that you qualify for will be added to your Extra Bet balance, and can be used to place wagers.

Cash: This balance is the cash in your Company Account, and can be used to place wagers.

1. An Extra Bet can only be used to place wagers, and cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged. Any available Extra Bet balance cannot be withdrawn.
2. The Company’s general Terms and Conditions shall apply to all interactions with the Company, and must be read in conjunction with all other terms and conditions relating to promotions. In the event of a conflict between these Extra Bet Terms and Conditions and the Company’s general Terms and Conditions, the Company’s general Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
3. An Extra Bet is available for a maximum of 7 days from the date that the Extra Bet was credited to your Company Account. If not used, your Extra Bet will automatically expire after 7 days and will be removed from your Company Account (unless specified otherwise in specific promotional terms).
4. Any Extra Bet balance must be used in its entirety as a single bet. This single bet can include single selections or multiple selections in one bet.
5. Should the Extra Bet be placed on a selection that is later voided, the original Extra Bet wagered amount will be returned to the your Company Account.
6. The Extra Be is non-refundable and the Extra Bet wagered amount is not included in any winnings. Only the winnings will be paid to your Company Account.
7. Example: If you wager ZAR 50 using your Extra Bet, with odds of 4.0, the potential return would be ZAR 200, since the ZAR 50 wagered is an Extra Bet credited to your Company Account by the Company, only the winnings of ZAR 150 will be added to your Company Account.
8. The maximum return on any Extra Bet is ZAR 5,000.00
9. If you make a withdrawal, any Extra Bet balance you have available will be forfeited.
10. Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. Using a combination of bets which include both an Extra Bet and Cash on the same event to place equal, zero or low margin or hedge bets, shall all be considered irregular gaming for Extra Bet requirement purposes. In the interests of fair gaming, should the Company deem that irregular game play has occurred, we reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
11. Your total account balance consists of a Cash balance and a Extra Bet balance. Withdrawals cannot be made from the Extra Bet balance, but the Extra Bet balance can be used to place wagers.
