SS Lazio will square off with Cagliari Calcio in an
Italian Serie A match at the Stadio Olimpico on September 19.
The Eagles suffered a 2-0 defeat to AC Milan away in their previous league game which was played on September 12.
The loss ended Lazio's two-match unbeaten run in this competition having recorded two consecutive victories before they faced Milan.

However, the Eagles boast of a 14-match unbeaten run at their home ground, Stadio Olimpico in Serie A having registered 13 victories and one draw.
"Today we struggled against Milan, with a game that had a few wait-and-see moments and far from our mentality," Lazio manager Maurizio Sarri said after their defeat to Milan.
"We paid for this performance with a defeat, not playing our football. This is bad but we are under construction and the FIFA break for the national teams did not help us.
"We needed more movement without the ball, Milan were also more brilliant from a physical point of view. There are many things to evaluate, but changing players would have been the same."

Meanwhile, Cagliari succumbed to a 3-2 defeat to Genoa at home in their previous league game which was played on September 12.
The defeat extended the Islanders' winless run to six matches in this competition having recorded three draws and three defeats.
Cagliari lost to AC Milan in their last away game and the loss ended their four-match unbeaten run on the road in Serie A having registered two wins and two draws.
The last meeting between Lazio and Cagliari in the league was on 7 February 2021.
Lazio claimed a narrow 1-0 win over Cagliari in a match which was played at the Stadio Olimpico.
