South Africa and England will meet in the 1st ODI match in Cape Town on Tuesday, February 4.
England beat South Africa in the Fourth Test match by 191 runs to take a 3-1 lead in the five-match Test series.
As a result, the Poms completed a 3-1 series victory - only their second overseas success in four years.
Anrich Nortje took his maiden five-wicket haul in Tests, while fellow South African bowler Beuran Hendricks made his Test debut, taking a five-wicket haul.
All-rounder Ben Stokes, who holds the record for England's fastest ever Test double-century, was named Man of the series.
While South Africa's Quinton de Kock became the fastest wicket-keeper, in terms of matches, to complete 200 dismissals in Tests (47).
Meanwhile, South Africa captain Faf du Plessis could face an International Cricket Council (ICC) charge ahead of the first 1st ODI match.
The 35-year-old batsman clashed with England duo of Jos Buttler and Stuart Broad during the fourth and final day of the fourth Test.

“It’s part of my character. I am always involved in a little bit of something somewhere in the game," Du Plessis said.
"Trying to show that fight as the leader of the team, that you don’t stand back. It’s not like I am looking for it. It just happens. He said something to me and I said something back," he added.
“I don’t think we knew we touched each other. It was just myself and Broady having a go. He [Buttler] was just trying to get between myself and him."
