South Africa will face off with Zimbabwe in a
2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifier - Group G match on November 11.
Bafana Bafana secured a 1-0 victory over Ethiopia at home in their previous Group G game which was played on October 12.
The result extended South Africa's unbeaten run to 11 matches across all competitions having recorded nine wins and two draws.
Bafana are also undefeated in their last 10 home games having registered eight victories and two draws as the hosts.
"It's a tricky game. First of all, they are the neighbours, so this is a derby. It's always difficult. I don't know what they are going to do," South Africa head coach Hugo Broos said about facing Zimbabwe.
"If the coach will maybe put a team in preparation of Afcon [2023] and maybe try some new players. Or is he going back to some old players like before, and also preparing for Afcon?" "This is something we have to see in the next week.
"We have to focus on the fact that we have to win. "If we don't win the game, what importance can the game in Ghana have? We need to be there [in Ghana] with one point ahead. Maybe more. Let's hope more."

Meanwhile, Zimbabwe suffered a 1-0 loss to Ghana at home in their last Group G match which was played on October 12.
The loss extended the Warriors' winless run to nine matches across all competitions having recorded three draws and six defeats.
Zimbabwe are also winless in their last six matches on the road having registered two successive draws and four consecutive losses.
The last meeting between South Africa and Zimbabwe was on 3 September 2021.
The two teams played to a 0-0 draw in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier which was played at National Stadium in Harare.
