AC Milan will be aiming to build on their impressive start to the 2021/22
Serie A season when they take on Spezia on Saturday afternoon.

The
Rossoneri sit level on 13 points with rivals and defending champions Inter going into the weekend, having won four of their opening five games this season.
Milan were made to work hard in a 2-0 win over Venezia earlier this week but manager Stefano Pioli is happy with the progress made by his team over the last two years.
“I knew the work we’d done last season would pay off this term, as it’s a process and sooner or later they were always going to reach these levels," Pioli told DAZN in the aftermath.
“We won many games last season, but in my view the thing we have more now is that we have matured and also have support from the fans that last season we were lacking. Our objective is to improve our home record from last season, and I think we can do that with the help from our supporters at San Siro," he added.
Spezia were 2-1 up at home to Juventus on Wednesday evening but ultimately slumped to a 3-2 defeat to end the day in 17th spot on the league standings.
